Prices, shipping costs and delivery information

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

We only deliver within Germany and Europe. For orders outside Europe, please use the contact form.

In addition to the listed prices, we charge a flat rate of 5 euros per order for shipping within Germany—shipping is free for orders totaling 50€ or more. For deliveries to other EU countries, we charge a flat rate of €14.90, €19.90, or €24.90, depending on the country; shipping is free for orders totaling €150 or more. You can find the amounts for each country in the overview below. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed again in the shopping cart and on the order page.

The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping fee is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the flat-rate shipping fee can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favor.

For deliveries outside the EU, please use the contact form. Deliveries are processed and dispatched within 1-3 working days for direct payment (Paypal, Sofortüberweisung or credit card). In rare cases, there may be delays if an ordered item is not in stock.

Shipping is carried out with UPS.
