Here's how the gift certificate is delivered
Once we receive your payment, we’ll email you the gift certificate as a PDF; you’ll also find it in your customer account under “Gift Certificates.” At the top of the page is the gift certificate card to cut out, and below that is your personal message and brief instructions on how to redeem it.
Upon request, we'll print the recipient's name and your message on the gift certificate. You can print it out and give it to the recipient, or forward the PDF file directly.
Redeeming and Balance
The gift certificate can only be redeemed online at guede-solingen.de if the order is to be delivered within Germany. At checkout, enter the code in the field for gift certificates and discount codes. If you have any remaining balance, you can use it on a future order.
The gift certificate is valid for three years, starting at the end of the year in which it was purchased. The balance cannot be redeemed for cash, and gift certificates cannot be used to purchase additional gift certificates.
