The Alpha series from Güde combines traditional blacksmithing with natural elegance: each knife is made from high-quality CMV steel in up to 55 manual steps, ice-hardened, and sharpened by hand. The forged double bolster ensures perfect balance, while the handle scales made from 100 to 500-year-old olive wood make each knife unique. With a hardness of 57-58 HRC, these knives offer excellent edge retention and can be easily resharpened if necessary. The triple-riveted handles with the characteristic Güde as a decorative element guarantee ergonomic, fatigue-free working – from the classic chef's knife to the legendary bread knife with a 32 cm blade and traditional serrated edge.
