About the knife series
The knives in the Alpha Walnut series from Güde combine traditional Solingen forging with elegant design: each blade is drop-forged in over 40 manual operations from a single piece of chrome-vanadium-molybdenum knife steel, ice-hardened to 57-58 HRC and sharpened by hand. The handle scales are made from American walnut wood, whose distinctive grain makes each knife unique, and are triple riveted with stainless steel rivets. Characteristic of this series are the continuous full tang, which ensures perfect balance, the typical double bolster for a secure grip and the central aluminum palm rivet as a trademark of Güde.

In up to 55 manual steps, a precision tool is created that meets the highest standards of quality and workmanship. The ergonomically shaped handle made of fine walnut wood is not only comfortable to hold, but also brings stylish elegance to the table with its striking grain. With a blade length of 18 cm and robust, extra-long tines, this meat fork is perfect for safely turning, carving and serving roasts and large pieces of meat - effortlessly, precisely and stylishly, whether for a sophisticated Sunday roast or a stylish dinner, this fork impresses with its reliable handling and unique design. Each Güde meat fork from the Alpha Walnut series is an expression of true craftsmanship and turns serving into an experience for connoisseurs. Choose a piece of exclusivity and quality that will accompany you for a lifetime of cooking and serving.
Pro Tip:
Use the prongs of the meat fork to pierce the sides of large roast pieces instead of the middle - this keeps the valuable meat juices inside and prevents them from running out when turning or carving[1][3]. Also use the long tines to check the cooking status: If the fork penetrates easily and clear juices come out, your meat is perfectly cooked[1][2].

The Alpha walnut meat fork shows its classic strengths when preparing and serving hearty roasts or juicy steaks. The long, sharp tines hold the meat securely in place when carving, so that you can cut perfect slices thanks to the optimum control - even with larger volumes. The meat fork is particularly helpful when turning pieces of meat, for example in the oven or in the pan: you minimize the risk of burns from splattering fat and always retain full control over the food.
The meat fork is also ideal for presenting vegetables such as grilled corn on the cob or crispy potatoes in style on the table or for carefully turning delicate fish fillets without damaging them. The meat fork also offers elegant and practical added value when arranging cheese platters or serving cold cuts. The beautifully shaped walnut handles ensure a secure and comfortable grip - making every hand movement a pleasure.
With the exclusive design of the Güde Alpha walnut meat fork, you can set the tone not only for classic Sunday roasts, but also for creative dinner ideas and enjoy the versatile advantages of this genuine piece of craftsmanship - a reliable companion that will enrich your cooking and serving moments for a lifetime.
