About the knife series

The Güde Alpha series is characterized by its distinctive handle scales made from over 100-year-old barrel oak, which are crafted from former wine barrels and ensure exceptional robustness and a unique grain pattern.
Another highlight is the forged knife blades made from stainless chrome-vanadium-molybdenum steel, which are created in over 40 complex manual steps and are ice-hardened and hand-sharpened.
